plushph's primary data processing occurs within facilities accessible from the Philippines. Where personal data is processed by third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure, KYC verification services, and game content providers — located outside the Philippines, plushph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to or greater than that required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

The plushph Platform does not contain links to third-party external websites as a general operating principle.
